Hurricane Flossie tried to hit the Island of Hawaii but we figure Pele, the Fire/Volcano Goddess, slapped her aside because as soon as Flossie tried to touch shore it went from a powerful hurricane to a mass of mush and turned away never to be seen again... but gave us some wild waves to surf~
