A spectacular and ever changing flow of lava pours from the earth on the southeast side of the Island of Hawaii - the Big Island. I live a short distance away allowing me wonderful opportunities to take photos.
'Rolled Canvas' are beautifully finished canvas prints you can take to any frame shop and get mounted for displaying; and look best with a 50-watt PAR20-spotlight from an angle..) AND lava photos on Lustre paper rocks!! If you would like any help or have questions PLEASE contact me, Leigh (Lee) EMAIL: leigh.hi1@hawaiiantel.net
Waikupanaha Inferno -- Ghost Trees-ONE- (See the classic 'Ghost Trees' shot in the main Hawaii Volcano Lava gallery- last page)
Molten lava spreads across the surface of older lava and takes out trees along the way towards the sea where it enters the ocean (The upper right glow is the plume of the ocean entry lava)
Those trees you see are ghost trees in a way-- they have already burned like a torch, what you see left are white ashy limbs-- they were very strange to see.
